Reloc'coffee "Mastering your mental game"
Athlete or not, everyone wants to perform better, improve focus and concur their fears!
The objective of mental game training is to learn mental tricks for performance, understand yourself and focus better, be less prone to distractions, increase confidence, learn to build more resilience and build up mental toughness.
Speaker
Health economist by training, Nika Pavić took a career turn to become a Mental Game Trainer. Nika holds an MBA, an MPH, and a Mental Game Coaching Expert Certification.
She helps people achieve their peak performance in any area of life by training both their body and mind. Her biggest success so far was developing and applying her own "formula for success" to high-achieving individuals as well as ordinary people with personal important life goals.
