***FULLY BOOKED*** Reloc'coffee - (re) find your way to the job that you like !
This is a practical, interactive and fun session that will bring to your awareness some obstacles that may keep you away from the job that could bring you fulfilment. We’ll also explore how to address these obstacles and how to use your current situation to your advantage.
Tatiana has an unique approach of its kind and uses a mix of simple, yet powerful practices that address emotions, mind, body, breathing and spiritual mechanisms to facilitate the emergence of the right solution.
More about her:
Tatiana is a well-being coach, educator and facilitator that supports people (re)-find their way towards academic, professional and personal fulfilment while living at their own rhythm and experiencing well-being.
A people person at heart, she has a corporate background in marketing and 10 years of successful work experience in complex and multicultural environments.
Passionate and curious about people, education and well-being, she re-oriented her career towards where she can best contribute: SUPPORT PEOPLE GROW & FLOURISH!
She trained, practiced and self-educated herself in various topics that have an impact on our well-being and fulfilment, ranging from skills related to how to use to our advantage our emotions, mind and body wisdom to coaching and facilitation skills.
She is the creator of LIVE AT YOUR OWN RHYTHM Lab.
She loves collaborating with schools, organizations and individuals interested to co-create, test and experiment programs that enable academic, professional and personal fulfilment by supporting and empowering people to express themselves, live at their own rhythm and experience well-being.
WHY living at our own rhythm?
We gain clarity and create momentum for doing what is fair and right to do, we feel fulfilled and it becomes easier to smoothly create, collaborate and deploy our talents and resources. Paradoxically, many times we end up doing more or better than when we are against our own rhythm.
