Management of workplace conflicts

The CVCI proposes a service enabling employees and/or employers to refer a workplace conflict to this entity in order to ensure the rapid implementation of a procedure and to appoint a reliable person from outside the firm.
This service satisfies the decision of the Federal Court requiring that every firm, independent of its size, implement a conflict management and prevention system. 

Firms wishing to register for this service are subject to the “Charter for prevention and management of workplace conflicts” available in either French, English, German or Italian.

In particular, the firms and organisations subscribing to this charter acknowledge that as employers, they have the legal obligation to protect the physical and psychological health of their employees and that they are accordingly required to promote a harmonious working atmosphere, to prevent workplace conflicts and, when necessary, to resolve conflicts amicably rather than through legal channels. 
 

The registration fee for the workplace conflict management service is 250 Swiss francs per year for member firms and 500 Swiss francs for non-members.
