Objective:
To approach the main legal implications of an employment relationship, from the perspective of the Code of obligations and the Federal Law on Employment in Trade and Industry.
Will be approached in particular:
- sources of Swiss employment law
- characteristics of the individual employment contract
- beginning and termination of the employment relationship
- employee's and employer's rights and obligations.
It is a half day introduction course for those who only have little or no knowledge of Swiss employment law. The themes will be treated in a brief way; the most important of them are developed within the framework of the other courses organized by the Legal advice Department.
The number of places is limited to 30 people, the priority will be given to our members.
Executives, team leaders, human resources and administration staff, and every person wishing to acquire basic knowledge in Swiss employment law.
